These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Awadim website and your purchase of any products from us. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@awadim.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of that offer but does not constitute acceptance. The contract between us is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before dispatch.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch, except where cash on delivery is offered and selected. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card and online payments are processed by our payment providers over a secure connection; we do not store your full card details on our servers.
Delivery timeframes, charges and coverage are set out in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Your rights to cancel, return an item and obtain a refund are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and does not affect your statutory rights.
You agree not to use this website to engage in any unlawful activity, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, or to interfere with the site's operation or the experience of other users.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions and software — is owned by or licensed to Awadim and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction or redistribution, requires our prior written permission.
If you submit a review, comment or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business. You are responsible for what you submit, and we may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awadim is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website or from any product purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Oman have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
