Awadim is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology used.

1. Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities.

2. What We Do

• Use semantic HTML so screen readers can interpret page structure correctly.
• Provide meaningful alternative text for images that convey information.
• Maintain sufficient colour contrast between text and background.
• Ensure the site can be navigated using a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
• Label form fields clearly and describe errors in text, not by colour alone.
• Support both English and Arabic, including full right-to-left layout.
• Use a responsive layout that works when text is enlarged or the screen is small.

3. Known Limitations

Some third-party content, such as embedded payment forms and maps, is outside our direct control and may not fully meet these standards. We raise issues with those providers where we can and look for accessible alternatives.
