International orders generally arrive within 3–5 business days, subject to destination, customs clearance, and local courier services.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. The final shipping cost will always be displayed before your purchase is completed, ensuring complete transparency.
To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we kindly ask that you verify your shipping address and contact details before placing your order. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delivery delays, returned shipments, or additional courier charges. Should any extra costs arise due to incorrect information provided at checkout, these charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been carefully prepared and dispatched, we are unable to amend the delivery address or shipping details. We therefore encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. Any customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges remain the responsibility of the recipient. Should these charges be declined, resulting in the shipment being returned to us, we will gladly refund the value of the returned products once they have been received in their original, unused condition. Please note that the original shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, and any related expenses will be deducted from the refund.
